James McKee

James McKee has worked in the public sector for over 20 years in various professional roles including Housing, Community Involvement, events, strategy and policy development, digital transformation and transformational change.

He was born and raised in Ayrshire and has worked at both North Ayrshire and East Ayrshire Councils for most of his career.

He is currently Renfrewshire Council’s Digital Strategy Delivery Manager where he is responsible for the Council’s Digital Strategy and is also the Lead Officer for Digital Inclusion.

James is passionate about people empowered transformation, reducing inequalities, servant and collaborative leadership, coaching and mentoring approaches and innovating using digital and technologies, to help make a positive and lasting difference to people lives.

He is excited about the opportunity to work with Crosshouse Children’s Fund and use his wealth of knowledge, experience and skills to benefit children and their families.
